After a day's exploring you may care to start off with a relaxed drink in our cocktail bar, then move into The Emerald Room for an exciting modern Australia/Seafood/Mediterranean style menu, which boasts high-quality fresh food and an extensive wine list. 

At Emerald Room Restaurant, the refined atmosphere, the attentive yet unobtrusive service and superb cuisine are sure to make a memorable dining experience. Treat your taste buds to one of the many tantalising and creative delights Chef Michael has created. There's definitely something on the menu to please every palate. Breakfast: 7:00am - 9:00am daily
Dinner: 6:00pm - 9:00pm daily 

Room service is available during restaurant hours.
